Here’s a few of the most recent sites that I designed and developed.

It was impossible to select 3 attributes for Ed and his work in designing our company website. Ed exemplifies all seven attributes listed above [LinkedIn] and then some. I interviewed 3 other firms before hiring Ed. I knew from our 1st conversation I had found the right person. During that conversation he asked many intuitive questions, but more importantly he listened patiently and intently. My 1st impression of Ed was consistently validated throughout the process of creating the website. From a germ of an idea he created a vibrant, detailed, attractive, functional website that we are very proud to encourage our clients to visit. The site is easily navigated and it meets all of the SEO requirements which are vital for internet search-ability. I emphatically recommend Ed to anyone who needs a new site designed or an existing site updated. You will not be disappointed.

While I have been toiling on my Blastoman projects I managed to finish up two new projects over at Bright Orange Thread. Just launched are the Special Olympics Delaware redesign and the Kauffman Gas redesign. I had a hand in tweaking the Kauffman logo as well. Both projects were a lot of fun and very different from each other aesthetically and in scope of work.

Working with Ed has been a fantastic experience for our organization. He developed our web site, our special event web site, and the logo for the event. Our web sites look absolutely amazing and are easy to navigate. Ed knows how things should flow and be presented and it’s been great to simply provide him content and know that the end product is going to be more than we could have ever anticipated. Ed’s style is really clean, fun, and sophisticated and he’s able to take a very few simple guidelines and create a brilliant end result. Most importantly, he’s very responsive, respectful, and sensitive to client needs. After working with Ed, I would not want to work with anyone else! I trust him implicitly!

Eh, that’s almost true. Connections thought their very first biennial fundraiser deserved it’s own digs. So, the perfect pairing of Blastoman Inc. and Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. bring you… well, The Perfect Pairing.

Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. will be having their first biennial fundraising event on Thursday, October 14, 2010. The Perfect Pairing will feature craft beers from area breweries, paired with gourmet hors d’oeuvres from area restaurants. Connections commissioned yours truly for a new logo and website for the occasion. The website is already in the final approval stage of design, ready for production. You can see the logo now.

Window Works of Livingston, NJ wanted to freshen up their website to get ready for a big industry trade show that they were appearing at for the first time. They couldn't be happier with their new digs and I think it turned out pretty great myself. Check out the soft launch of their new site and check back often as we add new features.

Connections Community Support Programs had a one page website that didn't reflect the breadth of services and depth of character that the not-for-profit organization was known for. Here is their new site cooked up right here at the Blasto studio.

After 5 years with local home theater retailer TheaterXtreme, Ed joins design studio Bright Orange Thread as Assistant Creative Director. In a return to his creative roots, Ed has designed six websites in his first six months. His designs were all approved by clients in the first round.
Ed brings his diverse experience with TheaterXtreme to Bright Orange Thread. Starting with simple logo and website design, his roles within TheaterXtreme grew due to his unique knowledge of the AV and home theater industry. TheaterXtreme went from one retail store with 3 employees to a public company and national franchise chain with 15 stores. Ed was an integral part of the processes, challenges and experiences that came with that.
As Bright Orange Thread begins a marketing push, Ed’s talents as a designer and web developer (combination is a rare find) will serve us well. That plus his experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously will serve our clients well.
We are pleased and proud to welcome Ed to the Bright Orange Thread team.
